As we continue to evolve our workforce and organisational capability, we're looking for an experienced Organisational
Development & Inclusion Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, employee experience, organisational effectiveness and inclusion.
This is a rare opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence strategic workforce decisions and help shape a values-led culture in a purpose-driven organisation.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Capability, you will lead the design and delivery of key organisational development and inclusion strategies that support VicTrack's People Strategy and future workforce needs.
Working as part of a small specialist team, you will work across the organisation to deliver initiatives that enhance leadership capability, strengthen culture and engagement, embed inclusion and belonging, and support organisational transformation.
This is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and stakeholder influence.
